Product introduction:

 

High insulation windows include ES81 high insulation windows, ES76 casement windows, ES70 inward opening windows, ES78 high insulation windows, ES101 series passive windows, ES91 series passive windows, etc.

 

ES81 high insulation windows

 

The frame thickness is 81mm, the insulation strip width is 44mm; the sash thickness is 90mm, the insulation strip width is 44mm;

The visible width of the frame and sash combination is 98.5mm; the 44mm special-shaped insulation strip dedicated to the Eoss system is used.

 

ES76 casement window

 

The frame thickness is 76mm, and the insulation strip is 39mm; when it is designed to be flush, the frame thickness is 85mm; the sash thickness is 85mm, and the insulation strip is 39mm; it uses Technoform 39mm special-shaped insulation strips.

 

ES70 inward opening window

The frame thickness is 70mm, the insulation strip width is 33mm; the sash thickness is 70mm, the insulation strip width is 33mm;

The visible width of the frame and sash combined is 93mm; the 33mm insulation strip dedicated to the Eoss system is used.

 

ES78 high-insulation window

 

The frame thickness is 78mm, the insulation strip width is 41mm; the sash thickness is 87mm, the insulation strip width is 41mm; the visible width of the frame and sash combination is 115.5mm; the 41mm special-shaped insulation strip for the Eoss system is used.

 

 

ES91 Insulation Technology:

 

 

1. An auxiliary rubber strip is added to the frame and sash isobaric rubber strip to reduce the heat convection between the frame and sash.

2. Insulating closed-cell sponge is used in the middle of the insulation strip to effectively improve the heat convection and heat radiation in the insulation strip chamber.

3. PE foam material is used between the glass and the profile to reduce the heat radiation and convection in the gap, reduce the linear heat transfer coefficient between the glass and the profile, and thus improve the thermal insulation performance of the node.

4. Technoform 54mm special-shaped insulation strips, winged insulation strips, glue insulation strips, and mesh insulation strips are used to reduce the heat transfer coefficient of aluminum and improve the thermal insulation performance of the whole window;

5. The glass pressure line position is filled with thermal insulation cotton to improve the thermal insulation performance of the whole window;

6. Equipped with 5 pairs of Low-e +16Ar warm edge + 5 pairs of low-e + 16Ar warm edge + 5 tempered insulating glass, while improving the thermal insulation performance, the sound insulation performance is also very outstanding.
